- The starting position and related AoRs you were hired for are the starting point of your journey at Publitas.
- During your time at Publitas, you drive the level of fulfillment of your AoRs and KPI through ownership and proactivity. You also have it in your hands how much you contribute to the team OKRs.
- As the company continuously evolves, the reporting and supporting structures may change. Stay actively involved with the company updates and looking at‣.
How to make progress in your career at Publitas:
- **Develop your vision and goals for one to three years ahead.**
Remember, this is not an overnight exercise. It is a continuous process and will become apparent after six weeks to six months of constant attention and iteration.
- Share your vision and plans with your team lead.
Drive the 1-1s to get support from your lead on your vision and plans, including any transition idea you have in mind. Note that transitions need time to be clarified, planned, and executed.
- Make progress in your AoR and general performance.
In collaboration with your team lead, find the gap towards your next growth step and challenge. See also ‣
- Get insights from other teams.
Book a knowledge-sharing session with anyone in the company. Feel free to ask anyone to join your 1-1 session (in collaboration with your lead) to get more insights into specific topics. Collaborate with different departments if you want to explore other teams and roles to validate the fit with the career options you have in mind. Discuss options with your team lead.

Research resources and training related to your role and plans and spend time on learning regularly. You can request trainings or courses through your lead with HR.
